Please read this page carefully before submitting your final order. If you are submitting your order with paypal, YOU ARE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER RIGHT NOW. If you are not ready to process this transaction yet, you can exit the site and your order will not be processed.

Please make sure to fill out the billing/shipping information correctly. The billing information is the place where the credit card bills or banks statements go. Errors will cause delays in your order. Also make sure to completely fill out the shipping information if it is different than your billing information.

All domestic orders are shipped via US Mail which generally takes 1-2 weeks. International orders are shipped via US Air Mail (2-5weeks).
We do our best to ship orders out on the same business day we receive them (if we receive them by noon), after paypal payment is verified. If they are received after noon, they will ship the following business day, after paypal payment is verified. We generally do not fill orders on the weekend.

Occasionally, items are out of stock. In this case, we will contact you to let you know when to expect the item back in stock.
Because of fraud, we now require an authorized signature on large orders or certain international orders which cannot be verified through the cardholder's bank. We will send you the proper forms via email and you can either fax or mail them back.
Please do not submit any false information on your order. All it will do is further delay your merchandise.

Payment Options
Untapped Sounds accepts: Paypal. No personal checks, please.
Please note that for certain orders, we may request a cardholders signature.

Incorrect Billing Information
We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order for suspected fraud or incorrect billing information. Affected customers will be contacted by our Orders Department. We do our best to contact our customers as quickly as possible whenever there is a discrepancy. However, we cannot be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by lack of customer response.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to any location in California . Please refer to your states tax board for information about use tax in your specific state.

Combining Orders
In most cases, we are unable to combine shipping charges for orders that were placed separately. Please carefully review your order before you place it.

Receipts
You will receive a receipt via email. If you did not receive a receipt you can contact info@untappedsounds.com or Paypal for a copy of your receipt/order information. Some mail systems block our emails, so you may want to adjust your settings to accept email from our domain. We send our receipts via email to reduce paper waste.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Time
We fill orders M-F from 10AM-6PM. We generally fill orders within 24-48 hours on business days, after paypal payment is verified . Once an item has shipped, most orders arrive within two weeks. If you are in a different country, please allow extra time, as your item will have to pass through customs. Time in transit varies by country and by carrier. when you will get your package = processing time + shipping time

Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates are based on item weight and packaging. For International Orders: Please email us for further information.

Shipping Address Different From Billing
In most cases, we are able to ship to an address other than the billing address. Please make sure to enter the correct billing address in the order form and change the shipping name and address when prompted by the shopping cart.

Shipping Internationally and to FPO Addresses & PO Boxes
We currently ship via a variety of methods, and we are able to accommodate orders shipping to other countries, military addresses but we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. Shipping times and costs may vary.

Customs Charges
For international customers, the Customs Bureau in your country may charge a duty on your package. We try to accurately value the cost of goods in your package and cannot be responsible for additional charges levied by your local Customs officials.

Shipping Errors
If we make a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we apologize! We do our best to screen items before they are shipped.

Address Errors
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are mis-directed due to address information omitted or entered incorrectly by the customer. Please make sure you are including your ENTIRE shipping address (including your company name, street number and name, suite/apartment number, city, state/region, postal code and country). If it does not fit into the fields given, please type it out completely and email us. It is always a good idea to check with your local post carrier/office to make sure they are not holding the package for you. If your package is returned to us, we are happy to send it out again, but we will have to re-charge you for the postage.

Items Confirmed Delivered via Tracking or Delivery Confirmation
Untapped Sounds cannot be responsible for items once they have been confirmed delivered. We recommend that you have your packages shipped to a secure location. If you live in an apartment building or dorm, please check with your apartment manager or R.A., as many times they have accepted packages. You may also want to check with your post office and postal carrier to make sure they are not holding your package. Please wait at least 5 business days before emailing us about your order. If you have received your order confirmation e-mail, it means we have received your order but it has not yet been sent. The minute your order is shipped, we will email you. This is why it is extra important for you to make sure you have put your correct e-mail address on your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 15 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund as long as the item(s) have not been used, opened or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. Please include your packing slip, or print out your receipt so that we can identify your return. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. You can send back your returns using Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Care Instructions (Clothing)
Specific care information is located on the tag inside of each item. We cannot be responsible for items that have been laundered. To prevent fading or shrinkage, we recommend that you hand wash or wash in cold and line dry. If ironing, turn the garment inside out and do not iron on decorations or screen printing.

Stock & Availability
For the most part, everything visible on the site is in stock. Occasionally, we will sell out of something before we are able to remove it from the site. We will contact you if something you ordered is not available or is backordered. Please make sure you include in a valid phone number and email address.
